Do you use an old nursery pager system?

Does your church still use the outdated nursery pager system where a volunteer goes out into the people attending worship and interrupts the service to get a parent since their toddler needs them? Since churchs have evolved by way of the use of computer systems to run multimedia displays, isn't it about time the nursery pager system carry out the same?
